The model is analysed from sketches, ideas or photos. Based on measurements, size charts and construction rules, the first pattern is created. According to the sketch and by consulting with the designer, different styles, sleeve and collar shapes, lengths and widths are adjusted.

The first draft is created from paper, where the proportions and details are visible. Through close cooperation with various departments and sewing rooms, the designer's idea is optimally adapted to the real possibilities of production.

The purpose of documentation is to ensure that production is carried out accurately, economically and with high quality, and that the designers' ideas are correctly implemented.

We prepare model descriptions, dimension tables, fixing plans, cutting plans, and if necessary, bills of materials and material calculations. Our team creates precise digital patterns in CAD Assyst and grades them for different sizes. The goal is for the garment to maintain the same shape and proportions across all sizes.

Patterns are strategically placed on the fabric to optimize material consumption. Using a formula, the average fabric consumption is calculated. By carefully planning pattern files and preparing cutting files, we reduce waste and support sustainable and cost-effective production.

We send all the instructions needed for the model to the sewing room or production, where prototypes, collection models or production models are made.

We actively support individual departments and ensure a smooth production process. Through close cooperation between all departments, precise execution of cut construction and optimal use of materials, the designer's creative vision is transformed into a high-quality, perfectly executed garment.
